| Mongolian days and nights These works were inspired by my sojourn in Mongolia and represent responses to the rapidly changing urban environment of Ulaan Bator, the capital city, where one can see the combined forces of Capitalism, Buddhism, and the old Socialist world combine to create evocative juxtapostion. I was drawn the the urban 'City scape' because of its immediacy, fragility, and transient nature. |
